Clarion Hotel Royal Christiania has long traditions dating back to 1952 when it was built for the VI Winter Olympic Games in Oslo.

Since then, the hotel has been modernized several times. After the last conversion, the hotel now towers at 14 floors, as one of Oslo's most modern and comfortable first class hotels.

Great Location
I Stayed in this hotel with my partner in 2006, the location is fantastic the hotel is great although we were on the top floor which was a bonus because we had a balcony and a view to die for but the downside was the rooms had not been updated on the top floors so it was in need of a little TLC but all in all it was a fantastic hotel and the price we paid it was worth every penny. Would book again for sure.

"Good hotel in the center of Oslo!"
Me and me girlfriend stayed at Royal Christiania summer 2004. Both were very pleased! It's a very good looking hotel and the staff is nice and polite. The breakfast was good, but when my parents stayed there in oct/nov the selection was much better. So if you want the best breakfast, don't travel to Oslo in the summermonths :) The pool is very small and so is the gym, if you can call it that. But I really recommend people to stay at this hotel, it's a nice hotel and the location is in the very center of Oslo. Just minutes walk to the Royal Castle and Karl Johan (The mainstreet in Oslo).
